Project Management and strategic advice (Asistencias Técnicas) for ADIF, The Spanish Railway Administrator.

Project Management and Design of Railway infrastructure. We work named by ADIF (Asistencias técnicas) in cooperation with contractors to better perform projects. We ensure that scope, time and budget meet the client targets. We provide resources specialized in every stage of the project.

Energy

Infrakonsult Energy Solutions started its operations in 2020 to became the reference player in the stationary hydrogen solutions in the Civil Engineering industry (Railway facilities).

Infrakonsult is working for FGV (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana) in the new H2 train (Line Denia-Benidorm) providing advisory both in the strategic planning and in the early implementation of the train in the FGV facilities.

The Train is part of the consortium H2 VALENCIA. Infrakonsult cooperates in the project that are implemented by FGV and one of the mains roller stock manufacturers in the world.

Objective 1: Strategic plan and feasibility study of the implantation of H2 Trains in the FGV grid.

Infrakonsult is developing a project which aim is to provide an off-grid energy solution for railway installations throughout the production of Green H2, storage, and back-up power throughout a fuel cell.

Objetivo 2: Objective 2: Energy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The aim of this project is to develop stationary or container-based applications with decentralized onsite hydrogen production bringing CO2 free off-grid energy applications, backup power, peak-shaving and CO2 free on-site hydrogen production to the market. 

R&D Implementation (External service for companies)

We implement R&D for companies who either want to externalize part of its R&D or want to start an R&D department. We study and analyze the company to better advise in their strategy, we select projects, provide researchers, we tender and perform the project and help the company to maximize the financial benefits (grants and/or tax release).
