Contract Management – Claims & Variation Orders
Public Procurement Law (LCSP) – Modified Projects
We advise and prepare claims under the Spanish Public Procurement Law: identification of variation orders, impact analysis on direct and indirect costs and on schedule, preparation of claim dossiers and negotiation with the Administration. We also draft and process contract modifications.
International Contract Management
We are specialists in contractual management in international environments — with deep knowledge of our second market, Sweden (AB04, ABT06, ABK09). We also handle NEC and FIDIC contracts for public and EPC projects: early detection of changes, cause-to-effect linkage, timelines, supporting documentation, economic and time-extension quantification and disputes/litigations.
